Where we deliver

We ship from Romania to Romania, the EU and a number of other countries. The delivery options and their exact cost for your address are shown in the checkout before you pay; there are no hidden charges added afterwards.

  • Romania: courier delivery (Colete-Online.ro). The cost is calculated at checkout.
  • Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain: EUR 16 per order.
  • Other European countries and the United Kingdom: DHL; the rate is calculated at checkout.
  • Qatar: UPS, EUR 68 (up to 4 boxes) or EUR 84 (up to 8 boxes).
  • Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Israel, Lebanon, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Cyprus: DHL; the rate is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time for the method you choose is shown in the checkout. Unless we agree another date with you, we deliver within 30 days of your order. If we do not deliver in time, you may set a further reasonable deadline and, if it is still not met, cancel the order and receive a full refund without undue delay.

Taxes and duties

Prices on the Store are shown excluding VAT. The VAT that applies to your order is added in the checkout and the total is shown before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes, where your country applies them, are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery and are not included in our price.

Tracking and problems

You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves. If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, write to contact@withmenutrition.com with your order number; we deal with the carrier and you do not lose your rights. Risk passes to you only when you (or someone you named) receive the goods.

Services

The complimentary 30-minute consultation and the 16-week coaching programme are delivered online; nothing is shipped. You book the consultation in the calendar that opens after you send the short application; coaching starts with the intake form and onboarding after checkout.
