We started WITH ME because we wanted supplements we could read: a label that names every ingredient, states every amount and hides nothing in a blend. That is still the test every product has to pass.

HOW WE BUILD A FORMULA
We start with the research and the label.
Most supplement brands start with an ingredient: a trending compound, a popular vitamin, a claim. We start with the published research and the label.
We look at how the body's systems work together before we choose what goes in a formula. The amount of each ingredient is chosen from peer-reviewed studies and matched to the study amount where the formula allows; the sources are on the Research page.
Every ingredient is listed by form and source with its amount per serving. No proprietary blends, nothing added for marketing.
WHO WE ARE
Founded by two coaches.
WITH ME was founded in 2022 by Nawaf Zalzale and Alexandra Lasconi, two strength training and sports nutrition coaches with more than a decade of experience training professional athletes and ambitious individuals. The team's background includes biochemistry and physiology study at Harvard and ISSA Master Trainer certifications in personal training, fitness and sports nutrition, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy, transformation and group training.
Nawaf Zalzale, founder. Leads formulation and product development, and the strength and conditioning side of coaching: exercise therapy, correcting muscle imbalances and explosive, athletic performance.
Alexandra Lasconi, co-founder and lead coach. Leads every 16-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Remodel: nutrition, body composition and recovery, with targets set from each client's own data and adjusted at every weekly check-in.
Our coaches are not doctors or registered dietitians. WITH ME does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Where and how our products are made.
WITH ME products are manufactured in the European Union in a facility certified to GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. Every WITH ME formula is non-GMO, and every batch is tested by an independent laboratory; SLEEP is certified non-GMO and vegan. SLEEP, a melatonin-free night-time food supplement in single-serve sachets, is available now; seven more formulas are in development, each with its own page and waiting list.
