SLEEP by WITH ME is a food supplement in single-serve sachets, taken in water as part of an evening routine. It contains amino acids, vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts and a bacterial culture; the full list and amounts are on the label. It is melatonin-free and contains no stimulants.

No. It is a food supplement, not a medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including sleep disorders. If you have persistent sleep problems, speak to your doctor.

The formula is intentionally melatonin-free. The label lists every ingredient it does contain.

It contains LactoSpore® Bacillus coagulans, a spore-forming culture that stays stable at room temperature. The amount per serving is on the label.

Inside the EU, yes: 21% VAT applies and is included in the price, and checkout does not add VAT on top.
